招聘條件

研究生學歷,博士學位

1. Ph.D. in a Humanities or Social Science discipline

2. Administrative experience in higher education

3. University-level teaching experience in Academic Writing and/or a Humanities or Social Science discipline 4. Experience and interest in collaborating with other divisions and departments

5. Experience working with non-native speakers of English preferred

6. Experience working abroad preferred

崗位職責

1. Collaborate with faculty on developing program vision and mission, as well as curriculum offerings.

2. Schedule and assign courses

3. Coordinate and participate in the faculty recruiting process

4. Together with the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education, participate in the yearly review process of the faculty members of the division

5. Hold regular Academic Writing and Liberal Arts faculty meetings

6. Collaborate with faculty on identifying, developing, and pursuing professional development opportunities related to teaching and research.

7. Respond to student needs and concerns regarding the division courses

8. Teach up to 5 classes per academic year, spread over three semesters

崗位待遇

1.Starting salary is based on academic credential and experience, and is competitive;
