Research Assistant (full-time)

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Professor Yu Yang

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist research projects on negotiation, decision making, groups and teams, and culture

* Assist teaching material development for OB/HRM related courses

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OB/HRM, management/business, or psychology

* Strong interest in behavioral science research

* Background in multivariate statistics and experimental design

* Experience in conducting literature review for academic papers

* Experience in conducting web-based and/or interaction-based studies

* Experience in writing papers, reports, or presentations in English

* Ability to support Professor in teaching and administration duties

* Mature, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently

* Fulltime position should be able to commit for two years

* Strong motivation to pursue a doctoral degree overseas after the RAship
