Teamworkis really important in modern society. In order to know how to improvethemselves, people should know how to cooperate with others. Some people thinkthat doing exercise waste of time which should be spent in study. While othersthink sports develop skills, and team sports is useful in life. In my view,playing team sports benefits students’ future career and life.

團(tuán)隊(duì)精神在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中是非常重要的。為了知道如何提升自己，人們應(yīng)該知道如何與他人合作。有些人認(rèn)為鍛煉是很浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的，因?yàn)槟鞘菓?yīng)該用于學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)間。而其他人則認(rèn)為體育可以培養(yǎng)技能而且集體運(yùn)動(dòng)在生活中是非常有用的。在我看來，集體運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)學(xué)生的未來職業(yè)和生活都有好處。

Firstly,the school team sports can enhance students’ cooperation and responsibility.For example, a college holds a team sport competition.  In order to win the competition, each teamwill be very hard to plan and practice. In the game, each of them will learnhow to cooperate and be responsible to their team mates. They also get mutualpromotion through teamwork.

首先，學(xué)校集體運(yùn)動(dòng)能增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的合作精神和責(zé)任心。例如，大學(xué)開展集體運(yùn)動(dòng)比賽。為了贏得比賽，每個(gè)小組都要努力去規(guī)劃和練習(xí)。在比賽中，他們會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)合作，對(duì)自己的隊(duì)友負(fù)責(zé)。通過團(tuán)隊(duì)合作他們還可以相互進(jìn)步。

Secondly,playing team sports is good for health. People pay more and more attention tohealth now, and then do some exercise with others. The more exercise you take,the better you will feel.  Still, playingmore team sports makes you look good, and be more confident to besuccessful.  Those students who doexercise can get more than those who never take exercise. After doing sports,they will have more energy to do other things, like study. In a way, doing teamsports and study are complementary.

其次，參加集體運(yùn)動(dòng)有益于健康?，F(xiàn)在人們越來越注重健康，然后會(huì)與他人去做一些運(yùn)動(dòng)。你進(jìn)行的鍛煉越多，你的感覺會(huì)越好。然而，參加團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)可以讓你看起來更好一些，變得更加自信。那些參加運(yùn)動(dòng)的學(xué)生比那些從不鍛煉的學(xué)生得到的要更多。做完運(yùn)動(dòng)后，他們會(huì)有更多的精力去做其他的事情，如學(xué)習(xí)。在某種程度上，運(yùn)動(dòng)和學(xué)習(xí)是互補(bǔ)的。

Lastbut not least, team sports improve students’ social skills. The world isdeveloping rapidly; only students practice teamwork skills in school can theyhandle complicated things in future. Through the team sports can know a lot of people and make more friends. Joiningin team sports is a good choice for developing students’ social skills andcommunication skills. Generally speaking, students who attend team sports inuniversity will strengthen contacts, which is conductive to progress theirfuture career.

最后但并非最不重要的是集體運(yùn)動(dòng)可以提高學(xué)生的社會(huì)技能。世界正在迅速發(fā)展；學(xué)生只有在學(xué)校的時(shí)候鍛煉團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，他們在未來才處理復(fù)雜事情。通過團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)可以認(rèn)識(shí)很多人，交更多的朋友。參加團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的社會(huì)技能和溝通技巧是一個(gè)很好的選擇。總的來說，在大學(xué)中參加團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的學(xué)生可以加強(qiáng)聯(lián)系，有利于他們今后的職業(yè)發(fā)展。

Inconclusion, playing team sports have beneficial for cultivating teamwork,enhancing physique and improving social skills. Therefore, team sport is useful in life, and will help the success ofstudents’ life.

總之，參加團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、提高社會(huì)技能。所以，在生活中團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)是很有用的，有助于學(xué)生在生活中的成功。
